Liquid Cooling Solution

Comparing to the usual air-cooling, liquid-cooling uses liquid (like water/coolant/oil) to dissipate the heat.

The power consumption of data center is growing higher and higher, and to reduce PUE is important and urgent at the same time.

Since that,  to import liquid-cooling system becomes imperative.

There are several ways to import liquid-cooling system :

• Cold plate with RDHX – only to add cold plates on the servers and change the usual rack door into RDHX, which is the way that doesn’t need to redesign the data center.
• CDU – have higher cooling capacity, can dissipate heat from multiple racks by one CDU. Need to redesign the whole data center structure.
• Immersion – put servers directly inside the dielectric fluid to dissipate the heat.
