In addition to the Company Act, Securities and Exchange Act of TAIWAN and other relevant laws and regulations, Taiwan MICROLOOPS CORP.. has formulated the "Corporate Governance Principles", "Ethical Corporate Management Best Practice Principles", " Procedures for the Prevention of Insider Trading" and "Sustainable Development Best Practice Principles" as the basis for establishing an effective corporate governance structure, and in accordance with the following principles:

1.Establish an effective corporate governance structure.

2.Protect the rights and interests of shareholders.

3.Strengthen the functions of the board of directors.

4.Give full play to the supervisory function of independent directors.

5.Respect the rights and interests of stakeholders.

6.Improve information transparency.
