New 2012/4 USA Court had granted Microloops motion to stay the patent lawsuit(#5:10-cv-02051EJD) from Convergence Technologies(USA), LLC until the reexamination is resolved.

On September 7, 2009 Taiwan's Intellectual Property Court has ruled in favor of vapor chamber maker Taiwan Microloops Corp. in a vapor chamber patent infringement lawsuit filed by Convergence Technologies Limited last year.
